In 2011 Nikola obtained the title of Professor of Physical Education - Graduate of kinesitherapist at the Faculty of Sports and Physical Education in Novi Sad (Serbia). He graduated from the same faculty in 2013 and earned a master’s degree in physical education and sports. He enrolled in doctoral studies in 2013 at the same Faculty.
After one more year of work at the Faculty, Nikola went to ASKLEPIOS, Katharina - Schroth Clinic in Germany, specialising in the Schroth three-dimensional method for the correction of scoliosis and kyphosis.
Upon returning from Germany, he began to professionally apply the knowledge of the Schroth method to working with people with scoliosis and/or kyphosis.

Srikanth believes that physiotherapy plays a crucial role in helping individuals recover from injuries, manage chronic conditions, and improve their overall physical well-being. He holds a Master’s Degree in Physiotherapy. He is a certified Schroth Therapist from the International Schroth Three-Dimensional Scoliosis Therapy (ISST) institute, certified sports taping specialist, a certified dry needling practitioner, a certified IASTM practitioner, and has certifications in neuro-rehabilitation, particularly in balance dysfunction and cervical manipulations. With over 20 years of clinical experience in the field of physiotherapy, reflecting his strong commitment to clinical research and academic excellence.
His interest in clinical research has transformed him to take up the clinical work and made him editor-in-chief of an international journal of physiotherapy and research. He is a member of the International Society of Physiotherapy Journal Editors (ISPJE), the Malaysian Physiotherapy Association, the Singapore Physiotherapy Association, and the Indian Physiotherapy Association. He is also a scientific committee member for the International Scientific Committee on Exercise Medicine and an abstract reviewer for the last four years for the World Physiotherapy Congress. He has published his research work in many scientific medical journals and has delivered key note lectures and presentations at various National and International platforms.
He has a deep understanding of various treatment techniques and approaches to address a wide range of client needs. He firmly believes in the non-surgical management of scoliosis and spinal disorders by integrating advanced Schroth techniques with evidence-based physiotherapy practices.
